Silk Cotton Villas is an exquisite collection of 9 villas and 5 studios. They are all very spacious and well appointed homes set among manicured lush tropical gardens. Each villa is equipped with household appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the everyday comforts of home.

Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE basic cable television, central air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pool, beach/pool towels, BBQ grill, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.

Silk Cotton Villas is located in an upper middle class neighborhood known as Montague Heights. This residential neighborhood is about 3 blocks from Montague Beach. Also just a short two blocks away is the Harbour Bay Shopping Center which has a food store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks, Dominoes Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, Lowe’s Pharmacy, Day Spa along with a variety of other stores. It’s a great place to do all of your essential shopping!

If you look at your map, you will also note that Silk Cotton Villas is just a couple miles away from Paradise Island and the Atlantis Resort and Casino. Our guests have total and exclusive access to their villa. The villas are not shared with anyone except the guests that book it.
Other things to note
All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.

If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.
