Silk Cotton Villas is a unique Airbnb gated community on a sprawling 3 acre garden property. There are currently nine homes and five 1 bedroom studios. Each Villa comprises of 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms and are complete with the modern amenities that make for a comfortable and convenient vacation. The property includes two swimming pools, one Jacuzzi, lots of fruit bearing trees, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and many more amenities.
The space
Silk Cotton is an exquisite collection of 11 spacious and well appointed Airbnb listings set among manicured lush tropical gardens. Silk Cotton is located in the Montague Heights neighborhood which is known to be safe and well heeled. The neighborhood boasts doctors, lawyers, politicians, businessmen, architects and other professionals as residents of this fine community. When you arrive to our Airbnb gated community you will be greeted by friendly staff and a welcome pack that is sure to make you smile and know that you have arrived at the right place.
Each home is equipped with state of the art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. Each Studio or Villa has it’s own private entrance, comfortable well appointed living space with televisions, dining area, full size bathrooms, state of the art fully equipped kitchens, laundry room (washer & dryer) and so much more.
Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE cable television, central air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pools, beach/pool towels, BBQ grills, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.
Guest access
Our guests have total and exclusive access to their villa. The villas are not shared with anyone except the guests that book it.
Other things to note
Housekeeping Services
All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.
If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.
