Silk Cotton Villas are located on a sprawling 3 acre garden setting. There are 9 villas and 2 studios inside this gated estate with lots of space, fresh air, and mature trees. Each of the villas and studios are complete with modern amenities that make for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property includes swimming pools, lots of fruit bearing trees, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and many more amenities.

The space
Silk Cotton is an exquisite collection of 9 villas and 2 studios. They are all very spacious and well appointed homes set among manicured lush tropical gardens. When you arrive you will be greeted by friendly faces and a welcome party pack that is sure to make you smile and know that you have arrived at the right place.

Each home is equipped with state of the art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. The ground floor features a lovely entrance foyer, comfortable and well appointed living room with television, 6 seat dining room, half bath, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer).

Standard 3 bedroom homes include an upstairs master with king bedroom and private bathroom, bedroom #2 with queen bed and bathroom shared with bedroom #3 that has two twin beds. The Deluxe 4 bedroom homes are somewhat larger and include a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom on the ground floor, which would be good for persons not wishing to climb stairs.

Amenities include FREE WiFi, FREE basic cable television, central air-conditioning, nighttime security on duty, swimming pool, beach/pool towels, BBQ grill, poolside cabana, etc. We can also assist with booking transportation, tours, day trips, massages, restaurant reservations, private chef and catering services, etc.

Silk Cotton is located in the upper middle class neighborhood known as Montague Heights. Montague Heights is the neighborhood with Montague Beach, and Silk Cotton is about 3 blocks from the beach. Also just a short two blocks away is the Harbour Bay Shopping Center with food store, liquor store, bank, Starbucks, Dominoes Pizza, Subway Sandwiches, Lowe’s Pharmacy, Day Spa and many necessary stores. If you look at your map, you will also note that Silk Cotton is just a couple miles away from Paradise Island and the Atlantis Resort and Casino. Other points of interests in close proximity are Montague Foreshore fresh fish market, Bahamas National Trust Preserve & Retreat, Doongalik Art Studio, Saturday Farmers Market, Royal Nassau Sailing Club, Nassau Yacht Club & Marina, Potters Cay Dock & Fish Fry, Cycles Unlimited Club Ride Meeting point, The Chinese Embassy compound, Waterloo nightclub and more…

Our guests have total and exclusive access to their villa. The villas are not shared with anyone except the guests that book it.

Other things to note
Housekeeping Services

All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.

If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.
