Silk Cotton Villas is located on a sprawling 3 acre garden setting property. There are currently 45 rooms inside this gated community with lots of space, fresh air, and mature trees. Each of the villas, studios and apartments are complete with modern amenities that make for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property includes a Life Fitness gym, swimming pools, lots of fruit bearing trees, vegetable farm, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and many more amenities.

Other things to note
Housekeeping Services
All guests pay a one time cleaning fee directly to Airbnb when the reservation is made for the cleaning of the home at checkout. Please take special note that housekeeping services are not included but are available for a nominal fee upon request. Our staff will provide fresh towels and linen every other day during your stay for personal use.
If you require housekeeping services please notify us via Airbnb no later than the night before so our staff can promptly put you on the schedule for the following day. Housekeeping services will include general basic cleaning of the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, & common areas. You will be charged for each request via Airbnb for all additional services rendered.
